At MGL Agra, we strive to provide the best quality marble and handcrafted art pieces to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure a smooth and fair process. By purchasing from MGL Agra, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available for standard, non-customized products purchased from MGL Agra. Customized or made-to-order items, including bespoke marble pieces or art crafted specifically for you, are non-refundable.

Timeframe for Refunds

If you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The 14-day period begins from the day you receive the item, not the date of order placement.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact and not damaged.
  • The item must not have been altered or customized in any way after purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your order number and details of the product.
  • The reason for the refund request.
  • Photographs of the product (if damaged or defective).

Once we receive your refund request, we will evaluate the circumstances and notify you within 5 business days regarding the eligibility of your refund.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or made-to-order marble and handcrafted products.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Products bought during special sales or promotions (unless stated otherwise).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt. You may be entitled to a full refund, exchange, or repair depending on the circumstances. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect when making your claim.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or damaged upon receipt. If a refund is granted, the original shipping fees will not be refunded. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as MGL Agra cannot be held responsible for items lost during the return process.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please follow the same process as for refunds. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the item in our inventory. If an exchange is requested after 14 days of receiving the product, we will process it as a return and a new purchase.
