Cancellation Policy

At MGL Agra, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel an order or request a change to your purchase, we are here to assist you. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which orders can be canceled.

Eligibility for Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled under the following conditions:

• The cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
• The items being canceled must not have been shipped or processed for delivery. Once the item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

For customized or made-to-order items, cancellations can only be accepted if the request is made before the production or crafting process begins. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at mglagra@gmail.com with the following details:

• Your order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel.
• Reason for cancellation (optional, but appreciated).

Our customer service team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the status of your order. You will receive a response within 2 business days of submitting your request.

Cancellations After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order. In such cases, you can either accept the delivery and return the product according to our Refund Policy, or refuse the shipment upon delivery. If the shipment is refused, it will be returned to us and we will process the refund according to our Refund Policy.

Refund Process for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, and the order has been paid for, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of your payment provider.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be canceled:

• Customized or bespoke products that have already entered production.
• Special promotion or sale items, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been shipped and delivered to the customer.

Order Modifications

If you wish to make changes to an order (such as changing the shipping address or modifying the products), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Changes cannot be made after the order has been shipped.

Force Majeure

MGL Agra is not liable for any failure to fulfill an order or cancellation of an order due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical issues that affect our ability to process or ship your order.

MGL Agra reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We recommend that you review this policy regularly to stay informed about our cancellation procedures.
